What You’ll Do

As a Leisure Travel Advisor – Independent Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to craft tailor-made experiences for a variety of clients seeking expert, high-touch guidance — whether it’s family getaways, luxury cruises, cultural tours, upscale hotels, or custom itineraries.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning personalized leisure trips based on their preferences and budgets
• Conduct in-depth research to create inspiring and customized travel itineraries
• Book all components: commercial or charter flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, excursions, insurance, etc.
• Provide thorough client follow-up before, during, and after the trip
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and foster loyalty
• Collaborate with the team and share your favorite products, insights, and opportunities

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency (corporate or leisure)

  • Excellent proficiency in booking tools (GDS Sabre or equivalent)

  • Deep knowledge of loyalty programs and fare policies

  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure

  • Self-driven, professional, and organized

  • Fluent in both French and English, spoken and writteng For
