What You’ll Do

As a Corporate Travel Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in managing high-end and complex business travel for our clientele. This remote position offers flexibility while keeping you at the center of high-impact operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete planning of corporate travel for a discerning business clientele
• Propose optimized itineraries tailored to each client’s specific needs
• Book airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, and related services
• Provide meticulous follow-up with clients before, during, and after their trips
• Handle urgent situations and unexpected changes with professionalism and top-tier service
• Stay current on client travel policies and industry trends

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate travel agency

  • Excellent command of reservation tools (Sabre GDS or equivalent)

  • In-depth knowledge of loyalty programs and fare structures

  • Strong customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure

  • Autonomous, professional, and reliable

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English

  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
